Shipping and Returns Policy

Please call us for current shipping rate info, questions, or to pay to have items shipped anywhere in the continental US. Shipping rates/info and options will be added to our website in the future.

We take complete care to bundle each item using various packaging materials to ensure a safe arrival. Once the package leaves our hands we cannot guarantee how it will arrive to you.

Orders for same day shipping are processed Tuesday – Friday 10:00am-12:00pm

If your order is placed on the weekend or after processing hours, your order will be processed the following business day.

All orders are subject to availability

We are no longer able to ship our oils due to their fragile nature.

Refund/Return Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All classes are conducted at The Specialty Shop unless otherwise specified. Reservations will be accepted on a first-come-first-served basis, and must be accompanied by the appropriate class fees and sales tax. Registration is non-refundable, but can be transferred to another class if notice is given72 hours prior to original class. No show=no transfer/refund

We do NOT have child-care facilities available for classes; please make alternate arrangements.

Personal photos can be brought in to scan or sent to us electronically

Some photos may need a signed photo release from the photographer before we can print an image

Customer takes full legal responsibility for any images sent/brought to us for custom orders and will not hold The Specialty Shop or its employees liable if customer does not own rights to a photo that gets used
