Cake Basics – Flowers and figure piping
Flowers are the most traditional and one of the simplest ways to decorate the top of a cake. In this class you will learn how to make drop flowers, the mum, the sunflower and the ever so popular: The Rose! We will also demonstrate how to do basic figure piping such as circles, hearts, and fruit.
Supplies needed: Basic Cake Decorating Kit, batch of icing, tupperware containers, spatulas, apron. You will need to bring 8 cupcakes to ice and decorate, a box will be provided for you.
